The deal

chair builds bespoke salon websites (one-off package fee) that include the booking app free for life and the Loylt loyalty card free for 3 months. Prices are as shown on the pricing page at the time you buy, in GBP, VAT-inclusive.

The booking app — free for life

Every site package (£800 Flagship, £1,100 Premium Motion) includes the booking app free for as long as your salon uses it: no subscription, no commission, unlimited staff. "Free for life" is subject to fair use: it covers normal salon booking volumes; automated reminders default to email, and heavy SMS use is offered as a small cost-price top-up rather than silently absorbed. If we ever needed to retire the platform, we'd give at least 6 months' notice and export everything you need to move.

Loylt

Loylt is free for your first 3 months with a package (14-day trial standalone), then £29.99/mo — cancel any time, effective the end of the current billing period, from one email. We take 0% commission on your bookings; the flat fee is the whole price.

If a payment fails we'll retry and email you; after repeated failures the app may be suspended until the card is fixed. We never delete your data because of a failed payment.

Websites, hosting & renewals

Website builds start on receipt of the package fee and a completed brief. We iterate with revision rounds until you sign off. Your first year of hosting, domain setup and email is included.

From year two, hosting + email is £39.99/yr — or £159.96 up front buys four years and the fifth free. We invoice 30 days before renewal and remind you; nothing renews silently. If a renewal goes unpaid we'll flag it, chase it, and only suspend the site after fair warning — your data and content are always exportable.

You own your content, brand and domain. We own our underlying code and may reuse non-identifying components across projects — that's part of how the price stays where it is.

Your data, your clients

Your client list, bookings and loyalty history are yours. Export to CSV any time, and on the way out. We process salon-client data only on your instructions, as your data processor — the full Data Processing Agreement at /dpa forms part of these terms. If you leave, we hand over and delete per your instruction.

The 30-day promise

If the apps aren't earning their keep within 30 days of going live, we refund your subscription payments in full — details on the promise page, which forms part of these terms.

The sensible limits

We run on serious infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe) but no software is perfect; we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits what can't legally be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
